The unique two-in-one U2B feature in Parallels Desktop Business Edition allows users to create just one deployment package for Intel and M-series chip-based Mac computers and leverage profiles in Parallels Enterprise accounts for easy-to-manage Windows virtualization machine image.
Simple management method
The software supports batch use of a single license key or creating sub-licenses for individual departments, office branches, contractors, etc. With access to statistics and real-time licensing activity, you can understand usage and easily manage all deployed licenses. You can also choose to enable automatic upgrades to synchronize version and feature updates, or disable automatic upgrades and create a live update server.

Coherence™ mode can be used to hide windows when you use Windows applications. Switch between Mac and Windows with just a click or swipe. If you are used to a PC environment, you can also set Windows to full screen to simulate your familiar computer experience.
Instructions
This tool works perfectly with the latest version of Parallels Desktop version 19 or higher, and you don’t need to turn off System Integrity Protection (SIP) or use launchers or startup scripts with this tool. It is only tested on Intel chips, so to avoid problems with Apple chips, this feature has been canceled in version 3.0.0 onwards. Below are the more detailed steps for usage of this tool:
- Newly install 'Parallels Desktop', enter your email address (temporary email or other) to register and log in. After version 3.0.0 of the activation tool, it will be changed to the commercial version, there is no need to log in to the account
- After installing the patch, a corruption prompt will appear when you start it for the first time. Please open the 'Finder', go to 'Applications', and use the right mouse button to select 'Parallels Desktop.app' and open it.
- These activation tools work best when the SIP or the System Integrity Protection is turned off. So, to turn it off we need to restart your computer in Recovery mode. Launch Terminal from the Utilities menu and run the command (double-click to copy):
csrutil disable
- Finally, restart your computer. Now if a crash occurs on starting Parallels Desktop, it may be because you also need to turn off library verification. This operation has been integrated into activation tools before, but some people think that this operation should be performed by the users themselves. Here is the corresponding command (double-click to copy):
sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.security.libraryvalidation.plist DisableLibraryValidation -bool true
Releases
To ensure that Parallels Desktop can run with SIP turned on, the patch has made many modifications but has not been tested for a long time, so there may be some unknown bugs. For this reason, we recommend turning off SIP and backing up your files before applying this patch PVM. Below is the release archive of all versions of the PD Activation tool.
